Zappic ("we", "us", "our") is a company headquartered in Wyoming, United States of America. Our Services are provided by us and our Services are subject to these Terms of Service.

We offer a range of products and the following is a list of what is included and what to expect from using Zappic's Services:

  • Zappic Cloud: A cloud based object storage solution that allows you to store and share your files securely.
  • Zappic Transfer: A secure file transfer service that allows you to transfer files to other users.
  • Zappic Drive: A cloud based file sharing solution that allows you to share files with other users.
  • Zappic Compute: A cloud based compute engine set to arrive in the next few months to allow users to run their own applications.
  • Zappic Pages: A cloud based website hosting solution that allows you to host your websites and applications.

Your access to any of our services is limited through our web-based application(s), software(s), website(s), and/or official API(s). Unauthorized access to our services using any other means is strictly prohibited.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may make changes to the Services at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or discontinue providing the Services at any time without notice.

The Services allow you to store and share files, run applications, and host websites. You may use the Services for any purpose, including commercial purposes but limited to the following:

  • You may not use the Services to store or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • You may not use the Services to store or share any content that infringes on any intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • You may not use the Services to host any malicious entity that may harm or interfere with the Services or the computers or networks connected to the Services.
  • You may not use the Services to host any malicious entity that may harm or interfere with the other users of the Services or the computers or networks connected to the Services.
  • You may not use the Services to host any malicious or harmful entity that may harm or interfere with other companies, individuals, organizations, governments, and any legally recognized person(s) or entity(ies).

ACCESSING AND USING OUR SERVICES IN ANY WAY OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY US IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN THE DISCONTINUATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT.
